Streamstar is an European company specialising in software development and live streaming production hardware solutions manufacturing. Streamstar’s innovative, usability focused and fine tuned all-in-one live production systems revolutionized the streaming industry. Within a few years Streamstar became the industry’s trend-setter, changing the ways live events are currently produced.

Streamstar has pioneered the IP revolution years before any other competitor. Streamstar designed and installed large scale IP based, remote live production systems years before the NDI protocol was introduced.
Streamstar also specializes in consulting and development of custom made live sports remote production projects.

History

In the year 2005 we started as a live production studio streaming corporate & educational events, sports, conferences, cultural events etc.. At that time most people did not even hear about live streaming, so we quickly became the market leading company in Slovakia. After a few years and about 5000 live productions under the belt, we grew tired of the clunky and cumbersome softwares available on the market. We tried and tested everything there was and nothing worked as we imagined it should. We decided to design and develop our own production software that was easy to use and efficient! Our goal was to make everything SMARTER, FASTER and EASIER, which became our corporate claim.

Today our systems are relied upon by thousands of producers who create broadcast‐quality content delivered to millions of viewers around the world.
